1. Lifetime Deal Refunds

Our Lifetime Deal comes with a generous 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • No questions asked
  • Simple refund request process
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

To request a refund for a Lifetime Deal purchase, simply contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase date with your order details.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscription plans, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of billing
  • Your account must not have been actively used during the billing period
  • Only one refund per account is permitted
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Note: "Active use" is defined as creating invoices, sending emails, or accessing core features during the current billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds:

  • Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and minimal usage
  • Pro-rated refund for unused months after the first 30 days
  • Refund amount calculated based on remaining full months
  • Processed within 10-14 business days

4. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period, and you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email or support chat
  2. Provide your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Include the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. Wait for confirmation from our team (usually within 24 hours)
  5. Refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

7. Cases Where Refunds Don't Apply

8. Subscription Cancellations

  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
  • Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

9. Service Issues and Outages

If you experience technical issues or service outages that prevent you from using Involu for an extended period, we may offer compensation in the form of:

  • Account credit
  • Extended subscription period
  • Partial refund (at our discretion)

10. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Additional chargeback fees
  • Potential loss of access to your data

We are committed to resolving any payment disputes fairly and quickly through our refund process.

11. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error:

  • Contact us immediately through our support channels
  • Provide transaction details and evidence
  • We will investigate within 48 hours
  • Unauthorized charges will be refunded in full

12. Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan changes are handled as follows:

  • Upgrades: You pay the prorated difference immediately
  • Downgrades: Change takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for immediate downgrades
  • Account credit may be applied to future billing

13. Data Export Before Refund

Before requesting a refund, we recommend exporting your data:
